Goals, Aspirations and Motivations

This list is a going to be a work in progress, and I will tick each off as and when I’ve achived it.

  • I want to feel more energised.
  • I want a healthy body.
  • I want to adopt a healthy lifestyle for good and stop the never endless yoyo dieting.
  • I want to exercise daily and love it!
  • I want to be a good role model for my daughter, friends and family.
  • I want to enter and participate in a fun run.
  • I want to look and feel great for my trip to the United States at the end of the year which includes a 7 day Caribbean cruise aboard ‘The Oasis of the Seas’ to celebrate my 40th Birthday with my husband and daughter.
  • I want to be able to fit into a pair of skinny jeans and boots by next Winter.
  • I want to get a family portrait taken.
  • I want to be able to wear sleeveless tops.
  • I want to get a spray tan.
  • I want to be able to feel comfortable swimming in our pool when friends and family come over to visit.
  • I want to be a regular beach goer.
  • I want to enjoy bushwalking and hiking.
  • I want to cycle.
